| Competitive Stroke Clinic (Ages 11 and up)

For the competitive swimmer wanting to maintain
their aerobic base while continuing to improve
their skills in all four competitive
strokes. Evaluations are required for anyone
who was not on a competitive team during the past
year.

| Spring Zoomers (Ages 10 and under)

This was formally called our spring developmental
clinic. For the swimmer who has completed
YMCA’s Flying Fish level skills and wants to
continue into competitive swimming. Ideal for
swimmers that are preparing for summer
league. Choose to sign up for one or two
days of your choice. (Three days not
allowed)

| Tiger Sharks Long Course Swim Team

Registration is on a first come first serve basis
and begins on 2/1 for Spring programs. Swimmers in
a Spring program may register for Summer programs
beginning on 5/15. Registration for Summer
programs is open to all on 6/1. Senior 1 Group is
for full season swimmers only. College swimmers
interested in competing over the summer, please
contact Coach Louis Petto directly at 732.341.9622

Red Group (Ages 6-9) For youngsters who can
perform the four competitive strokes and are ready
to learn more advanced stroke skills and
technique. Stroke, turn and start instruction are
emphasized. Fun and participation while building a
love for swimming is the focus.
